Founded in 2014, ADT Environmental & Mineral Consultants, LLC is a woman-owned small business operating primarily in the western United States.

The Company was first founded to provide a solution to small-sector aggregate and mining companies that needed help understanding environmental permitting.

Since its founding, ADT E&M has partnered with professionals in engineering, environmental compliance & sustainability, strategic planning, and process optimization. These partnerships have allowed the Company to expand its scope to be able to offer full-range services at small-sector prices.

It is our goal to find solutions for long-term sustainability. It is through the partnerships we make with our community and peers that we seek to realize that goal.

The company's primary focus is on ensuring the environment is not compromised as a result of production. Production is necessary for the continued forward progress of our society. However, production cannot come at a cost of our environmental health and long-term sustainability.

We believe that balances between production and environmental sustainability can be found, and it is our goal to assist operations in a wide range of industries to find those balances unique to their operation.

As a small business, we are fortunate to have opportunities to assist other groups reach their goals for a better future.

Starting in 2016, we made the decision to donate at least 5% of our net profits annually to worthy causes. These donations come in the form of direct monetary contributions, sponsorships, scholarships, and donation of our team's expert time and services.

We carefully hand-pick the causes to which we provide donations. This allows us to be assured that our support goes toward causes that align with the Company's long-term vision of a better future.
